vanfullersublime asked: I got to hear Roger Miller perform that song live at the Louisiana State Fair back in the seventies. I had created some promotional posters for the show, so I got to meet Miller afterward in his trailer, and I gave him a cartoon I'd drawn. He said he would hang the cartoon in his house. He was a nice guy.
